This course is for people who are currently working in the Rural Industry and wish to gain a qualification. You could complete the full Certificate IV in Agriculture within two (2) years. Depending on you and your employer’s needs, learning may be on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both.

Qualification Includes

This qualification consists of 12 units - 1 Core unit and 11 Electives.

Sample soils and interpret results (AHCSOL401A)
Control weeds, pests and/or diseases (AHCPMG408A)
Supervise work routines and staff performance (AHCWRK403A)

Outcome:	Certificate IV in Agriculture.
Prerequisites:	Certificate III in Agriculture or able to demonstrate competence at that level.
Recognition:	You can receive recognition for your previous study, work experience and existing skills. This may mean credit is given towards this qualification.
Location:	At your workplace, and if required, at the Burnie, Alanvale or Clarence training facilities.
