Frontline Managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
You may be a Coordinator, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Team Leader who reports to a manager.
You may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions.
This qualification consists of ten units - four core units plus six elective units.

Prerequisites: | You may have Certificate III Frontline Management, another relevant qualification, or have had vocational experience in a supervisory role without a formal qualification. |
Recognition: | You can receive recognition for your previous study, work experience and existing skills. This may mean credit is given towards this qualification. |
Location: | At your workplace, and workshops are available at the Burnie, Alanvale and Clarence training facilities. |
