Organisations are turning to project management approaches to solve unique problems, effectively manage scarce resources and implement improved efficiencies.

Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.

The Certificate IV in Project Management is for those students who are/will be part of a team working on a complex project (but without responsibility for the management and leadership of the project). 

Qualification Includes

This qualification consists of eight units. 

   

Outcome: Certificate IV In Project Management
Prerequisites: It is preferred that students have one of the following: A completed qualification such as Certificate III in Business, units in a relevant qualification or vocational experience in project-based work.
Recognition: You may be entitled to recognition for your previous study, work experience and existing skills. This means credit is given towards this qualification.
Location: At your workplace, and workshops are available at Clarence or Alanvale training facilities.
When:

Clarence: Thurs 25 July, Thurs 22 August, Thurs 26 September, Thurs 17 October and Thurs 21 November 2013.

Launceston (Alanvale): Thurs 6 June, Thurs 4 July, Thurs 1 August, Thurs 5 September and Thurs 3 October 2013.
