The Diploma of Management is suitable for coordinators, leading hands, supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for managing others.

You may also review and add value to management practices. Your role may be in any industry and typically you will have experience and the ability to plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and/or the work of a team. 

Qualification Includes

This qualification consists of eight units – five core units plus three elective units. 

Core Units (Five units must be completed.  Three electives may also be chosen from the core units)

Elective Units (there are many elective units to choose from. A common selection of elective units is shown below)

          

Outcome: Diploma of Management.
Prerequisites: It is preferred that students have one of the following: a qualification such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management or vocational experience in formal supervision.
Recognition: You can receive recognition for your previous study, work experience and existing skills. This may mean credit is given towards this qualification.
Location: At your workplace, and workshops are available at Burnie, Alanvale or Clarence training facilities.
