Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Could you save a life in an emergency? Up to date first aid training and regular refresher courses will provide you with the latest techniques to help when they’re needed most.

This CPR course is designed to impart the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain breathing and circulation in an adult, child or infant following cardiac arrest. Content and defibrillator use is based on Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.

Refresher Courses
These courses allow the first aider to update and revise knowledge and skills gained within the last three years. It is an industry recommendation that CPR be refreshed every 12 months.

Outcome: A Statement of Attainment. Selected unit “Perform CPR” (HLTCPR201A) and a Skills Institute Competency Card.
Prerequisites: None
Location: At your workplace or at the Clarence, Alanvale, Burnie and Devonport training facilities.
