Fencing: Built to Last

This course will equip participants with the knowledge, skills and techniques to build and maintain quality fences.

Participants will learn:

How to select the appropriate fence for a specific purpose.
To identify and use appropriate tools and equipment.
Knot tying.
Wire straining.
How to install strainer assemblies.

Outcome:	A Statement of Attainment. Selected unit "Install, Maintain and Repair Fencing" (RTC2209A).
Prerequisites:	You must wear appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses and steel capped boots.
Location:	At the Hobart, Launceston and Burnie training facilities.
Cost:	$189 per person. Course prices for single employer groups are negotiable.
Duration:	One day.
