Gas Installations Standard: Review AS/NZS 5601

Significant changes have been made to gas fitting installation practice within the newAS/NZS 5601:2010 Part 1 and 2. This course will provide an outline of the key changes that will affect you as a gas fitter. The course will consist of an overview of the changes supported by examples, exercises and group discussion.

Participants will discuss:

New pressure testing requirements.
New pipe sizing tables.
New ventilation calculations.
New requirements for caravans and marine craft.
New appliance installation requirements.

Prerequisites:	You must bring a copy of the AS/NZS 5601 Part 1 & 2 and a calculator.
Location:	At the Hobart and Launceston training facilities.
