This course covers the preparation of the various components of a French gateau. Learn different techniques using universal combs, silicon mats and textured mats to create an attractive and professional finished product. Take home and enjoy your creation!
Participants will learn:

Facilitator: Benoit Marchand is a pastry chef who has a passion and flair for decorating pastries and desserts. In keeping with today’s trends and flavours, he will endeavour to give participants valuable experience in using modern tools and techniques.
