Just Chocolate: Decorations and Art

Learn to make chocolate decorations for your cakes, cupcakes and desserts.

This course will take participants step-by-step through the production technicalities and share tips to produce the perfect chocolate decorations.

Make striking chocolate decorations like a master chef after a couple of simple sessions and take home your creations.

Facilitator: Benoit Marchand is a pastry chef who has a passion and flair for decorating pastries and desserts. In keeping with today’s trends and flavours, he will endeavour to give participants valuable experience in using modern tools and techniques.
