Keep Your Business Food Safe

This course provides a summary of basic food safe handling practices and responsibilities. It deals with basic information relating to food safety procedures in a food handling business. All our trainers are qualified in food safe procedures.

Participants will learn:

Outcome: A Statement of Attainment. "Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures" (SITHOHS002A), or if the client chooses not to undertake assessment, a Statement of Attendance.
Prerequisites: None
Location: Online, with assessment in the workplace or at our training facilities in Launceston, Hobart or Devonport. Or, flexible workplace delivery and training for groups of 8 or more.
Cost: $120 per person (non accredited). $149 per person (accredited) - this includes follow up assessment in the workplace.
Duration: 4.5 hours (self paced).
