Manage Projects

Organisations are turning to project management approaches to solve problems, effectively manage scarce resources and implement improved efficiencies. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.

This course covers the management of a straight forward project or section of a larger project. It focuses on the application of project management skills and the requirement to meet timelines, quality standards, budgetary limits and other requirements set for projects.

To develop a project plan.
To administer and monitor a project.
To finalise and review a project.
