Responsible Conduct of Gaming

This unit gives participants the skills and knowledge required to satisfy Tasmanian legislative requirements and codes of practice. Every employee working in a gaming establishment must undertake a Responsible Conduct of Gaming course approved by the Tasmanian Gaming Commission within three months of being licensed.

Outcome: A Statement of Attainment. Selected unit “Provide Responsible Gambling Services” (SITHGAM006A).
Prerequisites: You must be 18 years of age or over.
Location: Hobart, Launceston, Devonport and Burnie training facilities
Cost: $90 per person.
Duration: 4 hours.

SOUTH - Evening sessions: Wednesday, 5.30pm - 9.30pm; 5 June, 3 July, 7 August, 4 September, 2 October, 6 November and 4 December.

SOUTH - Day sessions, 10am - 2pm 8 October.

NORTH WEST

Devonport - Evening session, 5.30pm - 9.30pm: 9 September.

Burnie - Day Session, 10am - 2pm : 3 June.

NORTH: Evening Sessions: 5.30pm - 9.30pm: 20 May and 21 October 2013. 

Courses will run subject to reaching minimum class numbers.
