The purpose of this course is to provide the underpinning knowledge and skills to perform Rigging (Basic) safely. Successful participants are able to apply for a National High Risk Work Licence (Rigging Basic) as issued by Workplace Standards Tasmania under the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.

| Outcome: | Statement of Attainment for “CPCCLRG3001A Licence to perform rigging (basic level)” and an Interim Licence to Perform High Risk Work (Rigging Basic). |

| Prerequisites: | Particpants must have completed CPCCLDG3001A Licence to perform dogging, be from 18 years of age, comply with the requirements outlined in the application for high risk work (GF083) published by Workplace Standards Tasmania and have a satisfactory level of literacy and numeracy. Protective work wear must be worn for the practical assessment (safety boots, gloves and helmet). |
