Work Safely at Heights

This nationally recognised course in Safe Working at Heights is designed to assist employers and employees in understanding the characteristics, hazards and legislative requirements needed to operate safely at height. The course is a balanced mix of theory content and class participation. Assessment consists of written responses to questions and observation of practical skills.

Outcome: A Statement of Attainment. Selected unit “Work safely at heights” (RIIOHS204A). A Skills Institute Competency Card.
Prerequisites: You must wear protective work wear (safety boots and gloves) for the practical assessment.
Location: At your work site or at the Clarence, Alanvale and South Burnie training facilities.
Cost: $270 per person. Course prices for single employer groups are negotiable.
Duration: 8 hours.

SOUTH BURNIE:  6 May, 3 June, 1 July and 28 October 2013.
