Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities in order to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
The Certificate IV in Project Management is for those students who are/will be part of a team working on a complex project (but without responsibility for the management and leadership of the project).
This qualification consists of eight units.

| Prerequisites: | It is preferred that students have one of the following: A completed qualification such as Certificate III in Business, units in a relevant qualification or vocational experience in project-based work. |
| Recognition: | You may be entitled to recognition for your previous study, work experience and existing skills. This means credit is given towards this qualification. |
| Location: | At your workplace, and workshops are available at Clarence or Alanvale training facilities. |
