This course provides a summary of basic food safe handling practices and responsibilities. It deals with basic information relating to food safety procedures in a food handling business. All our trainers are qualified in food safe procedures.

Location: | Online, with assessment in the workplace or at our training facilities in Launceston, Hobart or Devonport. Or, flexible workplace delivery and training for groups of 8 or more. |
Cost: | $120 per person (non accredited). $149 per person (accredited) - this includes follow up assessment in the workplace. |
Duration: | 4.5 hours (self paced). |
