Prerequisites

You should have a clear understanding of the OHS legal obligations of employers, managers, supervisors and employees. You must be employed or have access to an organisation to conduct an on-the-job project.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is about ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, and preventing illness and injury in the workplace. This course aims to provide owners, operators, managers, supervisors and team leaders with practical skills to comply with the OHS risk management obligations of workplace health and safety legislation.

  • About risk control strategies.
  • To implement risk controls.
