You must supply your own boots, long sleeved overalls and safety glasses. You must supply your own solvent resistant gloves and respirator (Paint AS/NZS 1716).

This introduction to basic spray painting includes safety procedures when using car paints, fault finding in spray equipment, basic surface preparation for car body parts, hand tools for car body repairs and use of basic spray guns.

Participants will:

  • Learn about OHS.
  • Perform troubleshooting.
  • Learn about repair methods.
  • Learn how to use tools.
  • Learn spray techniques.
