NORTH - Evening Sessions: Tuesday 5.30pm - 9.30pm  ; 6 August and 3 December.

NORTH - Day Sessions: Tuesday 10am - 2pm ; 4 June and 1 October.  

DEVONPORT - Evening session:  Monday 5.30pm - 9.30pm ; 1 July

DEVONPORT - Day sessions: Monday 10am - 2pm ; 2 December

BURNIE - Evening session: Monday 5.30pm - 9.30pm ; 13 May

BURNIE - Day session: Monday 10am - 2pm ; 7 October

Nationally accredited, this course gives an overview of a server’s legal responsibility, liability and duty of care to patrons. This course is a legal requirement for anyone working with alcohol products in the hospitality industry.

Participants will learn:

  • To sell or serve alcohol responsibly.
  • To assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
  • To assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must
    be refused.
  • To refuse to provide alcohol.
