Prerequisites

You may have Certificate III Frontline Management, another relevant qualification, or have had vocational experience in a supervisory role without a formal qualification.

Recognition

Frontline Managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.

You may be a Coordinator, Leading Hand, Supervisor or Team Leader who reports to a manager.

You may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions.
