It is preferred that students have one of the following: a qualification such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management or vocational experience in formal supervision.

The Diploma of Management is suitable for coordinators, leading hands, supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for managing others.

You may also review and add value to management practices. Your role may be in any industry and typically you will have experience and the ability to plan, carry out and evaluate your own work and/or the work of a team.
