Learn about basic anatomy and physiology, the basics of medical terminology and the relationships between the body systems. In addition this nationally recognised unit explores the way in which
body systems support healthy functioning. This unit is compulsory in a number of disability and aged care qualifications.

Please note: This unit is a pre-requisite for “Assist Clients with Medication” (CHCCS305A).

Participants will learn:

  • About the basic structure of the healthy human body.
  • To know the factors that support healthy functioning of the body.
  • To review workbook material.
  • To complete several assessment activities.
