Develop the skills to use medical terminology effectively in a health and/or community services setting. This course is suitable for General Practice staff, allied health staff, support staff working in aged care or disability sectors, community co-ordinators and those wishing to work towards Enrolled Nursing qualifications. To successfully complete this course participants must submit assignments and complete assessment tasks.

Course includes:

  • Understanding the terms used in medicine and allied professions.
  • Basic anatomy and body systems.
  • Developing a medical vocabulary.
