Looking to travel? Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you want to get a start in the dynamic hospitality industry? Bar Basics is a ‘hands on’ course offering an informative and fun insight into the skills and knowledge required to undertake basic bar duties in a variety of establishments. All our trainers are qualified and passionate bar attendants/mixologists.
Participants will learn:
- About drink making methods (not cocktails).
- To become familiar with liquor, including beer and the art of beer pouring.
- To use bar utensils and glassware.
- About drink presentation.
- Customer service skills and how to process orders.
